Why Neurofeedback?

Updated: 7 hours ago

During these stressful times and insurance uncertainty I am offering a brain training program to help you access your optimal brain which actually already possesses the ability to access calm, focus, improved sleep, and overall wellbeing.

Sometimes, life can get in the way...

"Neurofeedback helps our brains to become more resilient, flexible, and efficient without pushing toward a specific outcome". www.neuroptimal.com

"It promotes states of relaxed alertness, benefiting sports requiring precision (like golf, archery) and team sports alike"www.neuroptimal.com

Neurofeedback is a brain training program where you sit for 33 minutes in a recliner with sensors attached to your scalp and ears. You will be provided headphones in order to receive feedback via music. The sensors read signals from your brain only, They do not send signals to your brain. Neurofeedback helps the brain remember it's optimal functioning. You may hear slight pauses or static in the music. No, the system is not broken. These are the signals to the brain, reminding it of it's optimal performance.

You will be the judge of whether this is helpful to you. I am like a detective

who is there with you to interpret what is happening.

You may stop the training at any time.

If you would like to learn more about the system I use, you can find more at www.neuroptimal.com
